Gladiator Metals debuts on NSX
Canadian copper explorer Gladiator Metals commenced trading this morning on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX), an alternative to the ASX for smaller companies.
The company has satisfied all conditions for admission to the NSX and the quotation of its CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) over fully paid common shares in the capital of Gladiator, with each CDI representing an interest in one share.

Gladiator is currently exploring multiple resource-ready prospects at its Whitehorse copper project in Yukon, Canada, which the company describes as a stable Tier-1 jurisdiction home to numerous producing mines.
Gladiator says the Whitehorse copper project is located in an under-explored area with world-class discovery potential and year-round access.
The site has a history of high-grade copper production by Hudbay Minerals but has had no modern exploration since 1982.
Earlier this month, the company reported it had intersected further high-impact assay results from ongoing drilling at the Cub East target within the Whitehorse project.
Notable intercepts included 21.2m at 3.07% copper, 1.19 g/t gold and 24.65 g/t silver from 183.0m as well as 47.0m at 1.01% copper, 0.44 g/t gold and 7.07 g/t silver from 200.0m.
Gladiator chief executive Jason Bontempo says Cub East continues to consistently deliver the type of high-grade copper-gold results that can materially change the scale and market profile of the Whitehorse project.
“Importantly, the system remains open in all directions, and drilling is now focused on defining the true potential of the Cub East discovery and testing additional high-priority targets within the broader Black Cub Trend,” he said.
“With more than 600m of additional prospective strike to the southeast of the Cub East discovery to be tested, the Black Cub Trend is rapidly becoming one of Gladiator’s most important near-term growth opportunities within the Whitehorse copper project.”
